Once we have all the relevant health and fitness information - the more the better - we will provide you with a personalised response detailing our findings, suggestions and a proposal moving forward with your journey with us.

First Session Evaluation
If you decide to have a first session you'll be evaluated based on the observations mentioned in your initial feedback form.
This is a great opportunity to build rapport, get an idea of how we would work together and answer any questions.
