MONTHLY

Monthly voice or video consultations where guidance, support and advice is given. We will go over your progress, assess which next steps to take  and allow you to ask any questions you may have. Calls last between 45 - 60 minutes.

WEEKLY

Weekly email check-ins where advice and tips are provided to aid you on your journey. You may be also given new steps on your nutritional programme.

CONTINUED

Continued support via email in the case you have and queries which need answering. We are with you all the way.
