Having been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to pass on to my clients. I became a Personal Trainer because I enjoy helping others gain all the benefits that come from a healthy lifestyle and to help clients realise their full potential.

I come from a sporting background having been a Martial Artist for over 8 years and achieving my Black Belt in Shaolin Quanshu KungFu in June 2013, so my reasons for training aren't merely aesthetic, I train for functionality and health benefits, an ethos I like to share with my clients. Having not been a particularly sporty child, I can relate to those who do not train or lack motivation. It just goes to show, if I can adopt a healthy lifestyle and change myself, so can you!
