Although the structure of a group session may differ from a one-to-one Personal Training session, the content and benefits remain the same. Every session is tailored to all clients individual needs or goals. In fact, buddy training allows for a variety of different training methods and exercises both fun and effective. And in some cases, beautifully painful! It is recommended, however, to choose a partner with similar goals and fitness levels to your own in order to gain maximum benefits.

All training equipment is provided for you. Kettlebells, resistance bands, boxing pads and battle ropes are often used. All you need to bring is suitable exercise shoes, water and enthusiasm!
